 From I-90: Take N. Barrington Road. South until you reach the Hoffman Estates Hospital stoplight. Turn left at the light, then turn left again at the first intersection, and proceed to the Doctor’s Office Building. The center is located on the first floor, Suite 110.
From IL Rt. 53/I290: Exit Golf Road and proceed west until you reach N Barrington Road. (ABOUT 6 MILES). Turn right at N Barrington Road and proceed to the first stop light (which is the hospital entrance). Turn right at the light, and then turn left at the first intersection and go to the Doctor’s Office Building. The center is located in suite 110. |
